Love it.
Today has been a chill Saturday. As usual. I need it after the work week!
My boys pulled through for me!
In a big, bad way!
38-7!!!

Someone asked me if I was from Ohio today. Um no…are YOU from Ohio!? I love Ohio State buckeye football! And that is ALL that matters
Now onto eats from the past couple a days. My raw experiment failed in a big bad way. I can only laugh at myself though. I’m not going to dwell on it. I’m going to take the advice of my readers and ease into it!
Friday
Breakfast
I used my citrus juicer…

to produce this juicy incredibly yummy drink…

I had some chocolate banana love with this!

My bowl of love included:
- 1 sliced banana
- blob of cacao bliss

Lunch
- 2 honey crisp apples chopped
- lots of cinnamon
- blob of melty artisana coconut butter
With…

Small bowl of love
- the last of my raw cinnamon one lucky duck crunchies
- few raw pecans
- almond milk
- coconut butter (artisana)
And LOTS of this throughout the entire day…

The good stuff…
Remember when I said I found a small health food store in my town and the lady said she would order me WHATEVER I wanted…
Well she came through!
Never thought I’d find these!!!

Thatsss right. The elusive pb and j larabars! I still haven’t tried these! Hopefully tomorrow!
I had a long day of work on Friday. 12pm to 10 pm to be exact. Yuck. I also had to walk in the rain, wind and hail. Double yuck.
My afternoon snack was raw pecans…

I stopped home in between programs and found a package waiting for me!

The kind folks over at Natures Path offered to send me some of their yummy cereals/granola and I happily obliged! How could I turn down this offer! I LOVE Nature’s Path and what they are about!
Sneak peak…

Yum! Product reviews sometime next week!
Friday’s dinner (the dinner that stared me down and won!)
Roast chicken!
It was beautiful and covered in spices and paprika (mostly) prolly butter too. I picked off most of the skin though…
I also had side of long grain rice and veggies (with too much sea salt) oops!
p.s I like to serve myself on a dessert plate. Smaller portions!

Obviously smothered in hot sauce and organic bbq sauce sweetened with agave…
And I got in at 10 pm. Exhausted. Bed.
Saturday came and I slept in until 8 am. Yep. That is sleeping in!
I didn’t picture breakfast. Come to think of it..not sure what the thought process was there lol.
I had a yummy cinnamon raison english muffin toasted and a sliced banana.
I creeped on twitter and found that my favorite bakery was sellin at the market – some seriously yummy Halloween goodies!
Enter The Grand Bakery!
I got…
2 pumpkin cheesecake balls…
1 spooky ghost sugar cookie
and 1 pumpkin cheesecake cupcake…
They were all out of the vegan apple spice cupcakes I wanted to try
I was obviously hard at work on that product review…
I haven’t even broken into this cookie yet! Shocking! Perhaps tomorrow!

But I DID tear into one of the pumpkin cheesecake balls!
It was pure heaven
The inside was like a creamy yummy pumpkin pie filling. So..so good. You can tell that these are made with a lot of love!

Happy Halloween!

MMM. I’m glad I got TWO of these babies
Saturday’s Lunch

- roast chicken
- 1 carrot from farmers market sliced
- half cup of parmesian noodles
- few slices of avocado

I drank a copious amount of water while watching football (yayyy OSU) And snacked on whole wheat tortilla chips.
I also decided to make some balls. (Oh man..I swear I don’t have some sick fascination)
Awhile back I was reading a blog post on how to make raw fudge balls by this lovely lady This was the first blog I ever read…and I kept on comin back for more

I altered the recipe a bit. But that is the fun of these yummy little balls!
Raw chocolate brownie batter balls of love!
- 1 cup of cashews
- 1.5 cups of honey pitted dates
- 5 tbsps of organic coco powder
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
In the food processor she goes

I let it go until it became a brownie batter creation!
I’m glad I nibbled on these…in order to NOT attack the “batter!”
Some cinnamon pecans!

Ugh. I moaned. That looks like one big hunk of brownie!

This made 12 balls!

I sampled one obviously!
Oh man. Make these…NOW!
While I was choppin away for dinner I sipped on this baby…

mmm.
Speaking of dinner…

A sparkling lime seltzer water and hughjass salad!

- greens
- avocado
- cucumber
- sweet corn
- warmed up long grain rice
- roast chicken

I obviously smothered this in ranch and my beloved Mrs. Renfos black bean salsa. The last of it
I have no idea where I can find this! I got this in another city…farrrr away.

And for dessert…
A small serving of pumpkin pie icecream and rather large serving of whipped cream. It’s ok.

Sooo my parents just got in from a wedding and my mom had an allergic reaction to shell fish
Her top lip is pink and her throat hurts. It happened like an hour ago though so I guess it’s mild. I just ran to the pharmacy and got her some allergy pills. Hopefully she feels better in the morning
But she keeps moaning that she doesn’t feel well and she won’t go to the hospital. What can I do!?!?
Anyways.
Have a great night everyone!
