I woke up this morning at a glorious 8:30 am and didn’t mind going downstairs to grab some java!
It always tastes soooooooooooooo delicious! Anyone else!?
Sunday’s are always so relaxing in this house. I make them that way. No sense running myself thin over the weekend when I do that during the week 
Breakfast
Dug into some scottish style oatcakes..
with some lemon curd!
paired with some raspberries…
During the Liverpool vs Man u match ( YAY LIVERPOOL)
I snacked on a ball…bahaha
and the last handful of whole wheat tortilla chips!
I spent some time reading blogs and then showered up and was ready for lunch!
Lunch
Twas light… to make room for a treat 
1 carrot thinly sliced
some cucumbers
half of a whole wheat english muffin toasted with swiss cheese, tomato and spinach
Can’t forget dippage!
I also drank a copious amount of water.
And then…
Another treat from The Grand bakery!
Pumpkin Cheesecake
-Fabulously moist pumpkin cake with a cinnamon-kissed cream cheese frosting, topped with an edible pumpkin decoration
And fabulous it was….

I ate it in a bowl with a fork and savored every last bite
I’v let all of that digest for a bit and now I am ready for a workout! I’m thinking…eliptical?
And then spending the afternoon watching my Bengals WIN (hopefully!)

Oh, I totally LOVE my coffee in the morning! I especially love it on Saturday or Sunday mornings when I can enjoy it on the couch, instead of in the car/ and at work.
