Hey Folks!
Just a quick recap of my eats yesterday…and then I get to spend the day cleaning and organizing! Parents get home tonight! EEK!
Yesterday was my *treat* breakfast… which included white flour and natural sugars

A delicious breakfast tart I got from St Jacobs Market. It had some sort of french name. Lots of veggies and light cheese and egg!

And freshly squeezed blood red orange juice…

Don’t mind the old fashioned cleaning tools in the background
Lunch was light and filling

Chopped lettuce
Chopped tomato
Greek/Feta and oregano dressing
Part Skim mozza cheese string
With

The Creamiest Smoothie yet!
- 1 scoop low carb chocolate protein powder
- sprinkle of x. gum
- some unsweetened chocolate almond milk
- non fat greek yogurt
- sprinkling of splenda
- 1 scoop natural pb
- ice
After work…I was more then ready for dinner
We finished the rest of the spicy chicken.
I didn’t eat all that was on my plate. Lee had half of my chicken.

The chicken was covered with franks red hot wing sauce and was delightful.
Well I am now off to start the cleaning process…
Here is the list for today
- Huge (and I mean huge) pile of laundry
- Clean bathroom
- Clean kitchen/dishes
- Vacume/declutter
- Shoe Closet
- Basement
- Put away all laundry
- Pick up some groceries.
eeeee.
Bye!

What a cool glass that is!! I love bowls/cups that you put things straight in without having to measure first and then transfer. Less clean up!!

Hi Samantha
You only need a little sprinkle…it thickens it up..like a milkshake! Very yummy
