Meals n Snacks

Ah. Another no picture day.

I was just too darn busy…ya know? It’s really not an excuse lol. From readings to work to enjoying my meals ;)

My tummy felt quite wonky this morning so I just had a few glasses of H20 before nutrition program. I bundled up and walked my bum there!

I was home at around 9:30 and made myself a latte. What makes it a latte? Frothed milk! I got this new turbo frother on sale. It froths ANYTHING with the click of a button. Amazing…I will take a picture of it and show you it this week!

At around 11 I had a skim mozza cheese string and a turkey bite.

Had work from 12 to 5:30. It was busy…busy and I walked there and back.

During that time I had a sugar free worthers and caved into a tiny handful of goldfish…(it’s all good).

For dinner I enjoyed half a chicken breast with curry noodles. The noodles have less then 3 grams of sugar in them and I probably had 2 servings. Not bad!

For dessert I had 1 no sugar added Popsicle, some spelt ginger snaps (they are mini) prolly 3 grams of sugar for what I had…and some gingerbread spiced tea!

No veggies at all! Gasp! I will change this tomorrow. My tummy really didn’t feel great until dinner!

Just wanted to post this for accountability’s sake :)

Have a great night!

Even with no pictures, your meals sound so yummy! Anything curry makes my mouth water. :)

I have “no veggie” days sometimes too … ah well, you make up for it later :-)

I feel like a lot of my days are either veggie days or fruit days, and one category will be lacking. I wonder why that happens? I figure we make up for it the next day :)
