Morning everyone!
Gosh…it is super beautiful outside today. The sun is shining and there is a cool breeze in the air. I love it!
I woke up with an uber sore tummy. I was afraid to eat…but I needed food. I think the food helped as I am starting to feel better?
Caffeine helps too! 
I really love these single packets! This Italian roast is so thick and luscious. Lee and I both agree, it’s a winner!
- 1 weight watchers whole wheat bagel + herb and garlic laughing cow wedge
- 2 mini tangerines
Yum. This made my tummy feel better 
I haven’t had a bagel in forever, granted this is a weight watchers bagel and quite a bit smaller/less doughy then the rest….it was still a bagel and yummy!

some of my BIG tips:
drink LOTS of water.
sleep on a CLEAN pillow case.
wash face before bed – even if you DON’T wear makeup.
ALWAYS wear SPF… even in WINTER.
drinking straws cause wrinkles

hahaha I love the “straws cause wrinkles” part! also, love those VIA – i remember getting a few free samples from Starbucks way back in the fall of last year – and they were great! So easy and they helped during finals when I didn’t actually have the motivation to MAKE (cuz you know…it’s just soo draining to make a pot of coffee…hah – laziness on my part) coffee.

I prefer the WW or mini bagels now, I find the regular sized ones are just too much for one sitting. Unless I’m really hungry.
