Good morning!

How is everyone today?

Um…guess what?

IT’S FRIDAY!!!!

And..a long weekend here!

:D

I woke up *early* and needed a little snack before having a more filling breakfast.

These work in a pinch!

Yes…that is covering the poor weight watcher model’s face. Kashi dark mocha almond bar...very chewy and satisfying! Great for early am snack.

I was just holding out for something special ;)

I give you,

Coffee Mudslide Smoothie

It was quite luscious!

- 1/4 of an avocado

- 1 frozen banana

- 1 cup 1 percent milk (have been using dairy because I must limit the soy and almond milk for my thyroid)

- 2 teaspoons of cacao powder

- 1 teaspoon hazlenut spread

- pinch of cinnamon

- half cup of ice

- 1 packet Italian roast Starbucks instant coffee

Oh so thick and coffeelicious.

If you are curious about the hazelnut spread and cacao powder, here is what I use:

Got this from a little gourmet shop…product of France.

for my serving (1 teaspoon) 30 cals, 0 g of fat and 0 fibre
